- Handling of inquiries and orders for spare parts procurement
- Coordination and processing of logistical transports, including customs clearance
- Monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods, posting of transactions, and invoice verification
- Inventory management of spare parts and other stock
- Communication with vessels, external service providers, and agencies in German and English

- Completed commercial vocational training as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in technical procurement
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Interest in shipping-related topics
- Independent working style, reliability, and ability to work in a team
